Article. 1. Organizers and official rules of the promotional campaign
1. The Promotion “Gift – Vybe”, hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion”, is organized and conducted by “ATOP LLC”, VAT Nr: BG204725382 , with registered office and registered address: 81B Bulgaria Blvd, Sofia 1000, Bulgaria (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).
2. Participants in the Promotion Campaign are obliged to comply with the terms of these Official Rules of the Promotion (hereinafter referred to as the “Official Rules”).

4. The Promoter reserves the right to supplement or amend the Official Rules. Additions and/or changes will be made public in advance on the website: https://wowtea.co.uk/
5. The promotional gifts referred to in Article 4 shall be provided for the purpose of advertising the manufacturer named thereon and VYBE and WOW TEA branded products, which shall also be deemed to be advertising companies, the brands they manufacture and/or distribute being indicated on the packaging of the individual promotional gifts and/or on the overall packaging of the promotional gift set.
Article 2. Venue, logistics and duration of the Promotion

3. The Promotion starts at 00:00 on 05.07.22 and ends at 23:59 on 10.07.22. In case the Promoter decides to shorten/extend the Promotion period, this will be made public on the https://wowtea.co.uk/
4. The Promoter is under no obligation to provide promotional giveaways under the terms of the Promotion in relation to requests sent outside (before or after) the Promotion Period or in relation to purchases of the Promotional Product outside (before or after) that period.
Article 3. Eligibility
1. The Promotion is open to any person who is 18 years of age or older by the date of his or her entry.
2. Each entrant is entitled to an unlimited number of entries during the Promotion Period.
3. Employees of the Promoter, members of their families and relatives in the direct line or by consanguinity up to the fourth degree are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
Article 4. Mechanism of the Promotion:
1. Anyone wishing to participate in the Promotion must follow the instagram page @vybetan and instagram page @wowteaunitedkingdom and to tag a profile of a person with whom you will share the prize.
2. Giveaways may not be substituted with cash equivalent or similar products.
3. Receipt of the giveaway requires the winner to voluntarily complete and submit the winner’s email during the Promotion Period.
4. The closing date for entry into the Promotion is 11:59pm on10.07.22 Entries received after 12:00am on 11.07.22 will not be accepted
5. The deadline for sending the gifts is 5 working days from the date of announcement of the winning person. Gifts will be sent by courier. If, within 10 working days of the announcement of the winning person, the entrant has not yet received their gift by courier, they should email [email protected] for a counter check.

Article 5. Protection of personal data
By entering the Promotion, entrants acknowledge that they are aware of the terms and conditions of the Promotion as described in these Rules and accept them. Participants also agree to voluntarily provide their personal data to the Promotion “Organiser” in order to participate in the Promotion and to receive their gifts. Such personal data will be provided to the courier/postal operator for the purpose of delivery of the gifts. In the event that the entrant has indicated on the application that they wish to receive news and information from ATOP LLC, then their personal data will be provided to and used by ATOP LLC, for marketing purposes. Entrants’ personal data will not be used for any other purpose. The Promoter undertakes to process the personal data provided by participants in the Promotion in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act and solely in connection with and for the purposes of the Promotion. By submitting his/her application to receive the promotional gifts, the participant will be deemed to have given his/her express consent for the personal data provided by him/her to be used for purposes related to the Promotion, respectively for direct marketing purposes in case the participant has indicated in the application that he/she wishes to receive news and information from ATOP LLC, and after the Promotion has ended. Participants have the right to access and correct their personal data. ATOP LLC, operates in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR/GDPR).
Article 6. Limitation of liability
The Promoter is not responsible for incomplete or inaccurate information submitted by the Participant that would prevent the sending/receipt of the Gift.
The Organiser sends the gifts once at its own expense. In the event of the gift being returned to the agency by the courier due to non-delivery (wrong personal details submitted or refusal of receipt) or not collected within the time limit set by the courier, in the event of dispatch to the office of a courier company, any subsequent attempt to dispatch the gift by courier shall be at the expense of the Promotion Participant after their consent/confirmation.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for damaged or delayed gifts due to the fault of third parties, the carrier / courier, but shall assist in clarifying any issues that may arise.
