I bought the set because I read that collagen is important after the age of 30. It’s too early to tell if it’s helping, but I feel like my legs are less swollen and my skin is clearer.
Multi Collagen is good, I take it in the evening before going to bed. The tea has a pleasant taste, but I haven’t noticed much difference. The bottle is practical.
