This is the best way to consume the tea since there are Yerba Mate and Guarana in it and they contain caffeine which can influence the quality of sleep at night. It’s only our Wellness tea that can be consumed at any time of the day, including at night.
Can I drink the tea if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?
If you’re pregnant or a nursing mam, it’s best to consult with your doctor before consuming any new products, even if they’re 100% natural teas such as our WOW TEA blends.
How long should I drink the tea?
