I strictly follow the SlimFit SuperFruit regimen, alternating one day with dinner using it, then breakfast with the food, and then dinner with it again. I do 12-hour fasts, and it’s important for me that my first meal is “clean.” The tea tastes great, and I drink it in the morning or at the latest by noon because it energizes me.
